By working with RainFellows, we have created a new organisational model, based on Spotify, which is described in our internal Agile Playbook. The guys helped us define new roles (PO, AC, Tribe Lead, Tech Lead, Chapter Lead) in the Agile organization and we had their support in finding suitable people for the role of Agile Coach. RainFellows provided us with their experience and tools when Faurecia decided to build its own Agile Development Team, tasked with creating new Just-In-Time solutions for our production facilities. Por experiencia de tu Lego Car Games we started initiativas, which resulted in Reduced lead time of certain production from 42 days to 28 days, heavy stock-reduction, almost double productiviteit,... and financially speaking we start seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. The Lean Games was the perfect experience with the perfect timing!!!
