In the fall of 2021, T-Mobile needed to speed up time-to-market and increase the organization's responsiveness. We designed and launched a pilot Triby, prepared a boot camp for all squad members, and launched key roles, including leadership support. The result was a smooth transition to an agile way of working and a faster start for teams ready to scale.

ComAp needed to restart its agile approach and align managers and specialists on a common way of working. We started with a series of practical workshops, followed by the transformation of the pilot team and long-term mentoring and problem-solving workshops. The collaboration has been ongoing since 2020 and continues to strengthen the teams' ability to deliver and improve according to current needs.

In 2025, Raynet was looking for ways to support rapid business growth and international expansion. Together, we designed a comprehensive transformation—we implemented the LeSS agile framework, broadly integrated AI tools, and reorganized the marketing department into a cross-functional team. As a result, Raynet achieved a threefold increase in R&D productivity, reduced time-to-market to weeks, and freed up 70% of senior staff capacity from day-to-day operations.‍

Between 2023 and 2025, Direct pojišťovna focused on transforming from a functionally siloed organization into teams that own the entire process from concept to production. We gradually transitioned from initial pilot teams to a full end-to-end structure across all value streams, which included iteratively rebuilding our core system while it was live, with zero downtime. Throughout this period, the company grew 8x in ten years—twice as fast as the market—and our organizational structure had to be robust enough to support that growth. Today, we operate with a flat structure, utilizing mentors and coaches instead of traditional managers.

Avogado Legal needed to speed up the routine processing of client inquiries and overcome initial skepticism toward AI. Instead of an expensive IT project, we built a prototype AI agent in human-in-the-loop mode in just 2 hours. As a result, the time to resolve a request dropped from 25 to 6 minutes (a 75% reduction), and 80% of responses now require no manual adjustments.
