RainFellows Story
Our journey began in 2006, when we formed a team of agile coaches based on Tieto's IT successes and growing demand. We have shared our experience with clients across Europe, for example in a Finnish IT cluster, where we have helped companies of all sizes — from startups to multinational corporations deploy agile and lean methodologies. In 2013, we transformed this success into establishing our own consulting company RainFellows and began to apply our know-how beyond IT, in services and production.

Starting in 2023, we have expanded our team with more experienced coaches. Today, RainFellows consists of seven equal partners and executives, who center a network of collaborators and experts around each other. Together, we are able to offer clients a wide range of knowledge and practical experience.
