Come and experience our unique Leadership simulation, which will guide you through the world of leadership, communication and corporate culture in an experiential way. During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to map the level of cooperation in your team, understand the dynamics of team relationships, and try out how to use leadership, personal example and employee engagement to build a company culture so that it not only survives change, but thrives in it. You will learn how to become a true leader who can unite individuals and teams into one strong and effective unit.

In a safe environment, you will experience fun, networking and a good dose of inspiration based on key concepts of tribal leadership. You will take away from the workshop concrete steps to strengthen team dynamics that foster innovation, collaboration and growth.

09:30 — 12:30 simulating

12:30 — 1:15 PM Lunch break

1:15 p.m. — 2:00 p.m. Completing the simulation + reflecting on what we experienced

3 p.m. — 4:30 p.m. Q&A and sharing what works and doesn't work at other businesses
4:30 p.m. — 5:00 p.m. Summary of what can be done differently already tomorrow and closing the day
