We would like to show you some examples of successful Agile transformations of companies. The aim is to show how the cooperation with us works and what we have done in particular in these companies during the transformation. And most importantly what were the results and benefits for the client. All this is supported by data and specific references from satisfied clients.
Several groups of managers and specialists went through a set of workshops with us to (re)start the Agile approach.
Then we transformed the pilot team and since then we have been working together in the form of regular mentoring and focused problem-solving workshops.
Our collaboration has been ongoing since April 2020 until today, currently mainly in the form of role mentoring as needed.
In autumn of 2020, the Rohlík Group approached us with the need to transform the organisation into Agile way of working
Rohlik Group’s main motivation was to increase the speed of delivery, better handle different country needs, and provide better “ownership” of delivery at the team level. In December 2020, we jointly created an organizational design and from January to March 2021, we switched most teams to the new Agile way of working.
This was followed by mentoring of selected teams, stabilizing them in the new way of working, supporting CoE of Agile coaches, executive coaching of CTO, developing Product Owners chapter, and more.
In the fall of 2021, the Agile Transformation at T-Mobile began, with the goal of improving Time to Market, responsiveness and speed of the organization.
The transformation was managed in phases over several waves and our role was to help design and launch the first pilot Tribes. First we defined the Tribe design, interviewed and selected candidates for key roles. Agile bootcamp for all squad members took place in January 2021. The rollout included support for Tribe leaders and development of key roles.
Our collaboration took place from Autumn 2021 until December 2022, and we are now continuing to coach and mentor leaders.
